A complete new construction of this addition to the current-standing facilities during the school calendar provided not only a challenge but an opportunity. From piers and void boxes to sectioned slabs and stainless steel to the complete mechanics of the electrical, this project provided a test of the many skill levels of JC Commercial. Ensuring safety of the students and faculty while working in timeframe restrictions, JC Commercial delivered the completed project in a mere short five months.

This project involved an ambitious schedule and a high-stakes construction where delays were unacceptable. JC Commercial took on a significant role of the project by providing leadership, project management, and extensive labor to meet the deadlines provided. Our unwillingness to compromise on safety and details enabled a successful facility for all to enjoy.
